It’s official…Slow Money SoCal Riverside!
Slow Money SoCal Riverside County is off to a great start after our meet and greet over food and cocktails at The Salted Pig in downtown Riverside last night. We had a wonderful group of 35 people from the community, including Mayor, Rusty Bailey! Slow Money So Cal Exec. Dir., Brent Collins, delivered an intro to Slow Money presentation with Dwight Detter of Whole Foods Market and Frank Golbeck of Golden Coast Mead. Bridget Reilly, Slow Money So Cal Leadership, and owner of Royal Tea and Treatery, announced her exciting Kiva Zip Loan opportunity. With 6 days left to crowd-source, her $5,000, 0% loan was offered to the group and received with success! Thank you Grow Riverside for your support, as well as Fully Loaded Juicery (Slow Money SoCal SD) who sampled their incredible wellness juices. So yes, Riverside is off to a great start. Thank you and congrats to Seth Wilson, Slow Money So Cal Riverside leader, for making the night happen and getting Riverside off the ground!
